Time to invest in your sales team?

I read an interesting article yesterday in the Wall Street Journal. It was talking about the changes our “Social Distancing” could drive. When there is a major disruption to the economy, it creates changes and opportunities if you look for them. That was the message of the article and it made me think.

The biggest shift I’m experiencing personally, is the shift to video conferencing instead of in person meetings. What you do today will influence your performance six months from now. This will not last forever. We have seen multiple challenges that have slowed or stopped business over the past 50 years. We have recovered from every one of them. We will recover from this challenge as well. What are you doing to help your sales team while they have the time to work on it?
